The trailer for the second season of 'Anduo' is released, and the adventurer continues on their jour

According to foreign media reports, the second season of Disney+'s "Star Wars" series "Anduo" has released a trailer, returning on April 22. The time frame of this season will span four years, with every three episodes passing through one year.

Ben Mendelson's portrayal of the villain Klennik in "Star Wars: Rogue One" is set to return. A few months ago, Mendelson was asked if he would star in "Anduo," and he said, "No one has come to me (to do this show). And the latest report from ThePlaylist: Alonso Palacios, one of the directors of 'Anduo', said in an interview that filming the show was a pleasure, 'especially when you're directing talented actors like Stran Skarsgaard, Forrest Whitaker, and Ben Mendelson'.

Palacios directed the last three episodes of the second season (12 episodes) of 'Ando', and previously, the show's creator Tony Gilroy revealed that the end of the second season will be directly linked to the events of 'Rogue One'. So, perhaps Kronick will appear towards the end of the new season.

The series is a prequel to "Rogue One" and has been confirmed to have two seasons, each consisting of 12 episodes, spanning a timeline of 5 years. The first season tells the story of the first year and will premiere on Disney+on September 21, 2022.

Diego Luna returns to play the role of Cassian Ando in "Star Wars: Rogue One", set in the first five years of the movie, telling the journey of an emerging rebel army against imperial power. Ando discovers that he can make some changes, and in a time full of danger, deception, and conspiracy, he is destined to embark on a path to become a rebel hero.

The series was created by Tony Gilroy (from the "Rogue One" and "The Bourne Ultimatum" series), and also stars Gina O'Leary, Stran Skarsgaard, Adria Horner, Denise Goff, Kyle Sorell, and others. Nicolas Brittle (for "The War of Inheritance," "Don't Look Up," and "The Black and White Witch Kuira") will serve as the composer, and he has been creating for them in complete secrecy for the past two years.

Previously, it was revealed that the combined production cost of the two seasons of the drama reached an astonishing 645 million US dollars. Ando "has 12 episodes per season, with a production cost of 290.9 million for the second season, surpassing the neighboring movie" Star Wars: Episode 9 "(which reportedly had a production cost of 275 million according to media reports). Part of the cost for this season comes from production suspensions caused by strikes by Hollywood screenwriters and actors.
